I wanted to share some of my findings this week on a path to research what experiences in life we usually have to go through to give us the leap to becoming great.
We all have read and heard about how so many well known successful individuals have such a beautiful story behind them. It usually contains a story of hardships, great failures that gave them strength to stand up stronger and redefined, to one of self growth and mentor-ship.
We all heard of how Opera was told she was not fit to be on TV, Michael Jordan being kicked off the basketball team, Steve Jobs losing his entire company before gaining it back and so many more. However, those failures were key turning points in each of their lives and after that point something changed in each of them. They changed their own existence and set out on a path of self growth and redefining their lives getting them to who they are today.
However, what I want to point out and open your eyes to is believe it or not each and every one of you reading this have a beautiful story behind you. You just never see it or realize it because you have ingrained in yourself that I am “average” and I am suffering what everyone is and there is nothing here that will get me to greatness!
Here is what I want you to realize…. If you open your eyes to your self-worth and truly believe you are a unique and an amazing soul being put on this planet with a purpose you will not only see your problems and failures differently but the way you overcome them and grow after them will change. You will also be able to redefine yourself to greatness.
This is what we need to realize “THE ONLY THING DIFFERENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE SUCCESSFUL IS HOW YOU DEFINE YOUR SELF WORTH.”
I wanted to thank all the amazing people in my life that had the courage to share their beautiful stories with me and help with the realization that you are no different in your greatness.
